Welcome to Sang-e-Marmar Home (sangemarmarhome.com, and Instagram @sang.e.marmar.pk). By browsing our website, placing an order, or messaging us on Instagram/WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Us

Sang-e-Marmar Home is a registered business in Pakistan (Sangemarmar) that designs and sells handcrafted marble home decor — trays, coasters, chess boards, vases, platters, cake stands, and side tables — made in Karachi, Pakistan.

2. Products

• All items are handcrafted from natural marble. Color, veining, weight, and finish will vary slightly piece to piece — this is expected and is not a defect.
• Product photos are taken to represent the item as accurately as possible, but natural stone will never be 100% identical to a screen image.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing and product details at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Customization

• Placing an order (via website, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp) is an offer to purchase, which we confirm once details (item, size, color, address, payment method) are finalized.
• For customized items (sizing, engraving, text, color combinations), it's your responsibility to confirm all details before we begin production — spelling, dimensions, and design specifics. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including for stock issues, pricing errors, or delivery-area limitations — and will inform you if this happens.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed is what applies.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and upfront payment via direct bank transfer or online payment via card for domestic orders.
• For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by city and are communicated at the time of order; delays can occur due to courier, weather, or high-demand periods, and we'll keep you updated if this happens on your order.
• Because our products are made from natural stone, they are heavier and more fragile than typical decor items — we pack accordingly, but please inspect your package at the time of delivery (see our Refund Policy for what to do if something arrives damaged).
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and damage claims are governed by our Refund Policy — please review it before placing an order. In short: all sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, which must be reported within 24–48 hours with an unboxing video.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and our Instagram page — photos, designs, logos, and text — is owned by Sang-e-Marmar Home and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

8. User Conduct

When messaging or ordering with us, you agree not to provide false delivery/contact information, misuse our claims process (e.g., false damage claims), or use our content/branding without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sang-e-Marmar Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including delivery delays caused by third-party couriers beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order is the one that applies.
